Cancellation policy
If your reservation is cancelled more than 45 days before the arrival date, you will be charged one night penalty fee and the balance will be refunded between 1 and 3 weeks.
Any cancellation with less than 45 days of your arrival date is non refundable.

All sales are final for reservation with discounted rates. No cancellations, refunds or credit letters, this applies to all promotions.
Wedding policy or group cancelation policy
Please check in with your group coordinator for your cancelation policy, all groups and weddings are subject to their own personal policy that was agreed upon at the time of making the villa block.
Animal policy
We love animals, we are surrounded by them in this paradise we call Amor Boutique Hotel, however; out of respect for all our guests we do not allow animals.
